Udai Singha

Udai ("U-day") has called Vernon home since 2013. He lives here with his lovely wife and beautiful daughter. Before his career in real estate, he graduated with a Law degree from Delhi University, and then proceeded to cut his teeth in the sales and finance sectors of the Vernon automobile industry. Whether it was practicing law, helping people with their vehicle needs, or now with real estate transactions, Udai's reputation around the Okanagan is his honesty and direct approach; even if it means losing a sale if that is what is best for his clients!

Udai has plenty of personal experience buying and selling property, so he understands the ups and downs of the process and why the details matter! His steady and calm disposition mixed with his unique background of law, finance, and sales make him an easy choice for representing you as your agent. He is also fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.

When he's not selling homes, Udai loves spending time enjoying the outdoors with his family, gardening, and working on his cars.
